Service Description
Be apart of a growing group in Squamish that are training their climbing like athletes! The Climbing Strength Class held at Fall Line Fitness is supervised by @climbing_physiotherapy Nina Tappin. And led by Strength & Conditioning coach, and Kinesiologist Manny Cabrera. A 6-week program catered to coaching and training in a small group environment. Insuring individualized coaching, careful observation of your movement mechanics, and objective improvements in your physique. All while training in a fun, inclusive and athlete-centered environment.
